Biogas Production from Anaerobic Co-Digestion of Spent Mushroom Substrate with Different Livestock Manure

چکیده
Spent mushroom substrate (SMS) is defined as the biomass waste generated during industrial cultivation. Utilization of SMS has been extensively researched and immense potential a sustainable for generating biogas that can offset fossil fuel use. This closed loop energy generation process be set up in plants will reduce dependence on fuels to greenhouse gas emissions, which benefit environment. Anaerobic co-digestion with different agricultural wastes such livestock manure would result enhanced production. In this study, anaerobic was carried out by combing yellow back fungus along chicken, dairy pig manure. combined chicken yielded slightly higher cumulative methane yield when compared combination Factors total solids (TS) relative ratio loading had significant impact yield, volatile removal, particularly prominent synergistic effect. The effect also closely related C/N ratio, under experimental conditions (TS = 15%, 50% 25.6), (CM) increased 414% obtained using or CM separately. We multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis, statistical technique uses several explanatory variables predict outcome response variable. Our analysis concluded operating 38.9), we were able achieve maximum (CMY).

The effect of cefazolin on biogas production from thermophilic and mesophilic anaerobic co-digestion of dairy manure and waste milk
* Corresponding author ([email protected]) Abstract: Antibiotic residues in animal waste from concentrated animal feeding operations are of considerable concern because of the potential development of antibiotic resistant bacteria in the environment and the effect of these residues on manure treatment systems. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of cefazolin (10 mg L) dur...
متن کامل2. Production of Biogas by Anaerobic Digestion
Anaerobic digestion is a natural process in which bacteria convert organic materials into biogas. It occurs in marshes and wetlands, and in the digestive tract of ruminants. The bacteria are also active in landfills where they are the principal process degrading landfilled food wastes and other biomass. Biogas can be collected and used as a potential energy resource. The process occurs in an an...
متن کاملEffect of Physical and Chemical Operating Parameters on Anaerobic Digestion of Manure and Biogas Production: A Review
Introduction: The need for food produced from animal husbandry has made it a growing industry which result in increment of livestock waste. On the basis of environmental and economic considerations, these materials require treatment and management. Anaerobic digestion and creation of biogas are the most effective methods of waste management. Several parameters affect the anaerobic digestion of ...
